Description

Designed as stylised piano keys, set with step-cut rubies weighing 4.72 carats in total,  embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds, suspending rhombus- and pear-shaped diamonds, mounted in 18 karat white gold, signed Anna Hu, size 6½.

Condition

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 19021118, dated 13 August 2019, stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin, with indications of heating. Please refer to the report for further details. Signed Anna Hu, stamped Au750 for 18 karat white gold. Rubies are of medium red colour and medium strong saturation, under 10x magnification there are some typical inclusions with a few surface reaching, and a few nicks. Rhombus-shaped diamond estimated to weigh approximately 0.70 carats and pear-shaped diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1.00 - 1.20 carats in total, are about G - H colour, VS - SI clarity. Brilliant-cut diamonds are bright and lively. Signs of minor wear to the metal. Overall in very good condition.
