EMERALD AND DIAMOND RING

Set with a step-cut emerald weighing approximately 5.52 carats, surrounded by marquise-shaped diamonds, mounted in platinum and 18 karat yellow gold, size 6¾.

Accompanied by GIA report no. 2316372858, dated 11 December 2018, stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, with minor clarity enhancement. Please refer to the report for further details. Stamped Pt900 and K18 for platinum and 18 karat yellow gold respectively, and stamped E5.52 and 2.64 referring to the weigh of emerald and the total weight of the diamonds respectively. Emerald is of medium green colour and medium strong saturation, under 10x magnification there are typical inclusions with some surface reaching, some nicks and a few tiny chips. Diamonds are on average F to G colour, VS to SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal with scratches and a few minor etching and notches, yellow gold with signs of discolouration. Overall in fair condition.
