Description

  • Lavender cabochons approximately 12.65 x 11.99 x 5.72mm and 12.54 x 11.84 x 5.15mm; Jadeite cabochons approximately 9.59 x 7.71 x 2.79mm and 9.46 x 7.27 x 3.00mm.
Each suspending a translucent oval lavender jadeite cabochon, surmounted by a smaller jadeite cabochon of bright emerald green colour and very good translucency, decorated with brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, mounted in 18 karat white and pink gold, post and butterfly fittings.

Condition

Accompanied by Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory certificate no. KJ 99622, dated 22 January 2019, stating that the jadeite tested is natural, known in the trade as "A jade". Please refer to the certificate for more details. Backing inscribed G18K and metal tested as 18 karat white and pink gold. Lavender jadeite of bright lavender colour, upon strong illumination, there are clouds throughout and some intense lavender specks and flakes but not too noticeable under normal lighting, some pits and a few minor scratches under 10x magnification. Smaller jadeite of bright emerald green colour and very good translucency, upon strong illumination and 10x magification, there are minor clouds, some internal fissures with a few surface reaching, and a few dark specks, but all not noticeable to naked eye and under normal light. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 2.50 - 3.00 carats in total as gauged in the mount, are bright and lively. Signs of minor wear to the metal, overall in very good condition.
