Condition
The canvas is original. There are very fine lines of cracking to the extreme edges, approximately 1cm from the edge. There are some tiny isolated flecks of loss to the edge of the red area, most which are in keeping with the Artist's working methods. There is a 7cm light vertical scratch at the right edge, below centre. There is light surface dirt and one or two instances of studio matter and detritus. Subject to the above the work appears to be in very good overall condition. Please contact the department for an ultra violet light report. The work is floated in a stained wooden box frame.
