Description

Claw-set with a step-cut emerald within a surround of brilliant-cut diamonds, size 541/2, signed Chaumet, French assay mark for platinum, maker's mark for Chaumet, gross weight 7.11 grams.

Condition

Emerald measuring approximately 9.21 x 6.35 x 3.65 mm estimated to weigh 1.50 carat, medium bluish-green, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface-reaching. Signed CHAUMET - PARIS, maker's mark for Chaumet (JC moon sun), French assay mark for platinum. Overall in good condition, gross weight 7.11 grams.
