84,000 USD Designed as a cluster of partially articulated flowerheads, centering round rubies, the petals set with pear-shaped amethysts, the leaves embellished with round tsavorite garnets, signed René Boivin, with French assay marks; circa 1980.

Condition

In good condition, with light scuffing to the reverse of the mounting, not visible when worn. French assay mark for 18 karat gold. The amethysts stated to weigh approximately 45.00 carats are medium violetish purple color, eye clean to slightly included. The rubies stated to weigh approximately 4.00 carats are well saturated strongly pinkish red color, eye clean to slightly included, some with minor abrasions to the surface, only visible upon 10x magnification. The tsavorite garnets stated to weigh approximately 9.00 carats range from medium light to medium slightly yellowish green color, slightly included, one stone moderately included. Gross weight approximately 93 dwts. Dimensions approximately 3 x 3¾ inches.
