Condition
It has not been possible to see the work entirely unframed. The canvas is laid down on panel. The panel is sound. Examination under UV light reveals some areas of retouching, notably a line of retouching running diagonally from the upper right corner to the lower part of the right edge, an area of retouching at the lower left tip and a few scattered dots of retouching in the sky. There are some hairline lines of craquelure in places, only visible under close inspection. This work is in overall fairly good condition.
