The canvas is not lined and is slightly undulating. Examination under UV light reveals no evidence of any retouching. There are a few lines of stable craquelure, notably towards the center of the composition. There is a small paint loss located approx. 9 cm from the right edge and 10 cm from the lower edge. There is some frame rubbing with associated minor paint losses along the extreme edges. This work is in overall very good condition.
