Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, glued to a cardboard along the extreme edges and floating in its mount. There are a few scattered flattened creases, notably at the right corners. There are some repaired tears most predominately away from the center of the composition, notably visible to the left part of the lower edge, to the upper part of the right edge, to the right part of the upper edge and to the center part of the left edge. There are some repaired paper losses in areas notably along the left edge, towards the lower left corner and to both feminine figures stomachs. The sheet is light stained, with a few light stains notably to the lower left corner and ink appears to have slightly faded. There is a dent at the laid woman's proper left hand. The work is in overall fairly good condition.
