Condition
The composite board is stable, but the extreme left edge of the work is executed on an extended middle section of cardboard (different to the front layer of more sturdy board upon which the vast majority of the work is executed) which creates an inherent break in the surface and which has suffered some small losses. There is some general wear to the extreme edges, some creasing to the lower right corner, and some minor losses to the reverse of the board towards the lower edge. UV examination does not reveal any obvious signs of retouching though there are two small spots of fluorescence to the extreme upper edge which might be historic retouchings, and a few small paint losses to parts of the extreme edges, relating to frame abrasion. This work is in overall good condition.
