Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down and hinged to the mount in two places along the upper edge. The edges of the sheet are deckled and there is tape to the recto along all four edges which is not visible when framed. The sheet is lightly time stained. There are artist's pinholes to all four corners. There are fine lines of craqueleur to the thicker black pigment with some associated paint losses most notable in the flowers of the bouquet and the outline of the vase. This work is in overall good condition.
