Condition

Executed on cream laid paper, not laid down and hinged to the mount in two places along the upper edge. There are artist pinholes to all four corners and the left edge is deckled. The work is lightly time-stained and there is mount staining to all four edges, not visible when framed. The window mount covers approx 10cm of the sheet at the lower edge; the left, right and lower edges have evidence of handling marks, which is not visible when framed. There is minor evidence of studio marks to the background of the composition. There are remnants of old tape to the verso. This work is in overall good condition.
