Condition
The canvas is not lined. Inspection under UV light reveals small strokes of retouching in the sky and along the top and left edges, commensurate with prior frame abrasion. The canvas is gently undulating. There are faint stretcher bar marks running vertically and horizontally through the composition as well as to the right edge. There are minor tears to the canvas and losses to the pigment at the extreme edges caused by frame abrasion. This work is in good condition.
