Condition

Executed on cream wove paper. The sheet has been hinged to a mount at the upper left and right corners of its verso. The left, top and right edges are deckled. The original artist's mount has been cut. There is a watercolor sketch on the verso of the sheet. There is a slight undulation to the sheet. The number "06" is inscribed along the center of the top edge in pencil. There appears to be a crescent-shaped expertly repaired tear to the paper at the right half of the top edge measuring 1 inch in diameter, visible only under raking light. There are three minor tears to the right edge, each measuring no more than 1/2 inch in length. A small flattened crease extends across the lower right corner. There is a pindot hole to the center of the top edge. A scratch to the pigment is present toward the lower left corner, measuring approximately 1 inch in length. Two additional scratches toward the bottom of the right edge. Otherwise, fine. This work is in good condition.
