Catalogue Note

This very rare skeletonized wristwatch was made by the Milanese watchmakers and goldsmiths Dino and, his father, Roberto Falcone. Many of their works are unique, or made in extremely limited quantities entirely by hand. The present lot features a fine hand-engraved skeletonized movement bordered by an elegant translucent hard stone track. The present lot is signed and unnumbered, typical of all the examples identified in the market today. An identical (possibly this exact timepiece) is prominently featured in Negretti G., Nencini F., I Signori Del Tempo, 1986, p. 46.
