Catalogue Note

The Officier is one of Patek Philippe's most popular case designs. It is no wonder that the firm launched this limited edition series as part of their 150th anniversary celebrations. Inspired by the style of the first wristwatches, this timepiece features screw set lugs, a hinged case back and highly legible black painted Breguet numerals.  Ref 3960 and the caliber 215 PS are illustrated in Huber M., Banbery A., Patek Philippe Wristwatches, 1998, p. 123.
