Catalogue Note

Although the reference 3945 has been in Patek Philippe’s collection since 1985 it was not until 1988 that Patek Philippe had decided to introduce the pink and white gold version examples. With the movement caliber 240 Q and a silvered dial with split leap year indication and beveled-down subsidiary dials, the present watch is identified as a 2nd series dial that is only available from 1988-1998.  Attractive and classy, the present watch is also preserved in excellent condition.
