Catalogue Note

Like many tool watches which Rolex had created, the reference 1016 was introduced by Rolex in 1956 to meet the demands of the scientific community. This watch had the capability of withstanding magnetic fields of up to 1,000 gauss, which is also why the model is called Mil-Gauss. The present watch with pumpkin-color-like luminous hands and plots is a very attractive option for daily use.
