Catalogue Note

In 1986, Audemars Piguet released the new calibre 2870. It was the first production of a tourbillon with automatic winding. The movement with a size of 7.2 mm in diameter and a height of 2.5 mm, it was the smallest tourbillon produced at the time. What further highlights this example is its rare 18k gold two-tone Audemars Piguet bracelet.
