The movement is in working condition at the time of cataloguing. The bezel and band with minor signs of wear and tiny pinhead dings at places. The case back with minor wear toward the edges. The watch with signs of polishing, however it is in good overall condition. The unsigned bracelet with minor signs of wear throughout. In 1986, Audemars Piguet released the new calibre 2870. It was the first production of a tourbillon with automatic winding. The movement with a size of 7.2 mm in diameter and a height of 2.5 mm, it was the smallest tourbillon produced at the time. What further highlights this example is its rare 18k gold two-tone Audemars Piguet bracelet.
