Catalogue Note

Launched in 1998, reference 5070 represents Patek Philippe's return to the production of chronograph wristwatches after an almost 30 year break. The 5070 was the largest watch made by the firm when it was in production. First introduced in yellow gold in 1998 and white gold in 2001, the pink gold cases were introduced in 2003. The present example has been kept in nice and original condition. The case still retains nice sharp lines and the lugs still carry their original fluting.
