Catalogue Note

Reference 539 was launched around 1939 and produced until the early 1940s in yellow and pink gold. Based on the classic Calatrava case used for reference 96, it has circular hoods added between the lugs, giving it a particularly interesting look. Only a handful of these pieces have been identified back into the market, making this lot an exciting opportunity to acquire a special piece for a collection. The watch is accompanied by an Extract from the Archives confirming the attractive pink dial.
