Catalogue Note

This Patek Philippe watch a very fine and extremely well-preserved example a "Cabriolet" watch, distinguished by the two cases conceived for it to be used either "open" and revealing the dial or "closed" with only the back of the inner case visible. The cases are of very nice quality, allowing the inner case to fit very well into the outer case. The cases themselves are very finely decorated and the dial is intact and free of any imperfections. Research concludes that less than 10 other "Cabriolet" watches by Patek Philippe have appeared in public.
