Catalogue Note

Its creator Gérald Genta purportedly designed this watch in 5 minutes sat in a restaurant watching the Patek Philippe executives dining. It was a watch that was born during the 70s quartz watch crisis and a design, though only drawn in an instant, that has endured more than 40 years success. Any such watch is rightly deserving icon status.

The present example has been retained in excellent overall condition with very crisp case lines and proportions. The watch is furthermore complete with its original accessories.
