Description

  • Length 11 in., 27.8 cm
of bean shape, the slightly sloping, concave top freely incised with a stylized foliate spray within a single-line border, the sides undecorated, covered overall with a creamy-white glaze stopping neatly at the unglazed base

Condition

There is a long S-form crack from one long side traveling diagonally through one corner of the base. There are slight firing tears along the perimeter under the top and two others, vertically oriented, to each short side. two small apertures at the base. The surface with wear and minor imperfections.
