the fierce deity seated on a donkey draped with flayed human skin, wearing a tiger-skin loincloth and further flayed skin around the bare shoulders, the ferocious face cold-painted, with a third eye between the eyebrows, the flaming hair surmounted by a five-skull turquoise-inlaid crown, with a garland of severed heads and a billowing celestial scarf over the shoulders, a ball of thread and a tally stick hanging from the donkey's trappings, raising a sandalwood staff in the proper right hand and the left holding a skull cup of blood, all supported on an oval base of turbulent waves and bones surrounded by craggy peaked rocks, the base sealed with a base plate incised with a double vajra
