Appears to retain its original stretchers. Craquelure thorughout. The canvas has been lined along the edges only, approximately 1 to 2 inches of additional canvas added in order to apply back to the stretchers. There are a couple of old repairs one appearing in the background to the girl's right side at the lower edge of the crest rail of the chair approximately 3 inches in length. The other repair is to the girl's proper right elbow in the shape of an L approximately 3 inches vertically and horizontally. There are two old punctures that have been repaired; one in the upper right quadrant of the background and the other in the lower left quadrant of the background, each approximately 1" x 1". There is visible in-painting under UV to these restoration's, as well as to the exterior of the girl's right ear, approximately 4 inches in length from just above her ear to her neck.
