Condition

Overall fine condition. Wear, discoloration, and age cracks commensurate with age and use. Proper back right foot has lost approx. 1/2 in. of its height. There are a few small patches ranging in size from 1/2 in. sq. to 1 in. by 3 in. to top. Lock mechanism has been replaced and there is a patch to the interior of the lid where the clasp originally mounted. The lower, decorative molding to the front and sides of the case has been replaced. Secondary wood: poplar.
