Now buttery and full, there is even a hint of caramel. Revel in it! In 2011, very true, strong Chardonnay character on the nose. Very 'sweet' fruit on the palate. Beautiful, full, balanced Champagne, round in the mouth - like eating peaches. Finishes so elegantly.
