COGNAC MAISON PRUNIER GRANDE CHAMPAGNE 1929
Cognac Maison Prunier Grande Champagne 1929
u. 3x5.5cm, 2x6cm, labels slightly torn, 2 soiled, 3 badly soiled, 3 protected with clear adhesive film, capsules missing

On the nose, pine cones in wicker baskets are given freshness by pine needles with demerara sugar sweetness. Drinking in 2019, this cognac is still showing high alcohol with some ethanol and acetate notes. A hint of butterscotch pancakes warms while a touch of 'Old Bottle Effect' is displayed through subtle tropical, squashed pineapple flavours. Jonny Fowle
