Château Montrose 2009 St. Estèphe, 2ème Cru ClasséGreat, complex nose, deep and intense. Very rich, even massive. Huge flavour. The tannin index reading was 98! Lots of glycerol and body, ending on a note of blueberry jam. In 2013, a lovely, classic, black fruit nose. Magnificent. Extraordinary juicy, glossy wine. Silky power and beautifully healthy fruit.
