In good condition, with little sign of wear to the mounting. Shank stamped 750 for 18 karat (white) gold. The sapphire is a reddish pink to purple color, slightly included with surface reaching inclusions to the pavilion and girdle visible under 10x magnification. The diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 0.50 carat, are approximately G-J color, VS clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. 1097185 dated November 16, 2018 stating that the reddish pink - purple sapphire is of East African origin, with no indications of heating.
