Description
The bracelet composed of arched and oval linking, length approximately 194mm, British hallmark and sponsor's mark, supporting a pendant set with a Hannoverian George III 10 Thaler coin, dated 1814; together with a necklace composed of graduated oval linking, length approximately 425mm, French assay marks and partial maker's mark.
Condition
Bracelet with British hallmarks for London, 18 carat gold, date letter f for 1961, sponsor's mark AP. Coin measuring approximately 27mm, one side marked 'X THALER 1814', the border reading 'BRUNS.ET.LUNEB.DUX.S.R.I.A..TH.ET ELECT', the other side depicting a rearing horse over the initials St. and C.H.H., the border reading 'GEORGIUS III D.G.BRITANNIARUM REX F.D.'. Edge of coin and surface with some war, soldered into pendant mount. Gross weight approximately 80.2 grams. Necklace with French assay marks for 18 carat gold, gross weight approximately 112.4 grams. Overall in good conditoin.
