Description

Each designed after the Matisse sculpture Nu de dos, set with brilliant-cut diamonds of brown tint, clip fittings, signed Hemmerle, maker's marks.

Condition

Each signed Hemmerle and stamped with maker's mark GH, 750 Au and Cu for copper (earrings are painted copper and clip is white gold). The 422 diamonds are stated to weigh 21.38 carats in total, natural brown colour. A few diamonds with surface reaching inclusions and resultant cavities. Earring length approximately 58mm, combined gross weight approximately 54 grams. Overall condition good.
