Description

The mitre-shaped clip brooch set with a polished rock crystal centre, bordered by circular-cut and baguette diamonds, and calibré-cut and carved rubies, applied with black enamel.

Condition

Estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.00-5.00 carats. One calibré-cut ruby with small cavity. Pin with a screw fitting so can be removed, possibly later addition, and there are fittings for a tongue - brooch could have possibly been worn on a necklace. Light wear to enamel. Length approximately 48mm. Gross weight approximately 45.5 grams. Overall condition good.
