  • Salvador Dalí
The rectangular pendant with a reeded pattern radiating from a central plaque pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, upon which is a textured figure of the Madonna of Port Lligat with arms outstretched, an open door in her chest, to a belcher link chain, length approximately 550mm, both signed Dali and Ottavio Sarda, numbered.

Condition

Chain and pendant signed Dali and numbered A - 3/10, pendant also numbered 02-025-26-015, and stamped Octavio Sardo, 750. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.80-1.20 carats. Light area of tarnish around Madonna's head. Lobster clasp has lost its spring. Pendant (including bale) measures approximately 65 x 40mm. Gross weight approximately 119 grams. Overall condition good.
