the rectangular box with rounded corners and flush fitting cover, silver rims, decorated in gold and silver hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, heidatsu, hirame and a dense nashiji ground, the cover depicting an oi beneath a maple tree, the interior with water-dropper, slate and two small brushes, lead rims
