Condition

The panel appears sound. There is a horizontal crack running across the upper edge that has been restored and only visible upon close inspection. Ultraviolet light reveals an opaque varnish. There is a broken line of retouching corresponding to the above mentioned crack. Some further retouchings along the extreme top edge and in the lower left and right corners. Possibly some retouchings about the head of the girl. Held in a gilt wood frame; ready to hang.
