Condition

The photograph is quite accurate. The veneer was carefully restored. Very few scratches and marks throughout the surfaces. A very small piece of veneer is missing on the rear left leg (not distracting). The bronze handles on the cylinder are replaced. One bronze handle (on the lower left drawer) and one bronze foot end (on the rear right leg) need to be properly refixed. The bronze upper gallery with a few dents. Otherwise the gilt bronze in good overall condition with very little tarnishment. As expected some scratches and wear on the leather top (probably not original). Beautiful piece of furniture in good restored condition, ready to display.
