on circular foot chased with scrolls and shells on matted ground, the tapered fluted stem with rosettes and husk swags on matted ground and lion's heads

Condition

In overall good condition, the base rim seems to have been slighly enlarged, probably in the 18th century, one stamped under the base No 6 -2 m C 7 o, the other No 7 -2 m C 7 oMarks very legible under the base inside the socket, discharge partly legible on foot rim. Good weight, very nice design, good quality of chasing
