- Haut. 22 cm, larg. 23 cm, prof. 18 cm ; height 8 2/3 in; width 9 in; depth 7 in
the hand holding a snake shape knob, chiselled with guilloché pattern, on four claw feet; (the handles missing)

Condition
The photograph is quite accurate. As said, the handles are missing. The cover part needs to be refixed properly on the bronze rim. Very few traces of oxidation on the gilt-bronze mounts. Very attractive casket in good overall condition.
