Condition
Lined. There is scattered fine craquelure in the sky and in the upper right quadrant, and on the seal at lower left. A few isolated pin dots of accretion are faintly visible. There is a circular area of abrasion in the upper right corner where the weave of the canvas is partially visible. Frame abrasion visible along lower right edge and in upper right corner (with faint remnants of a gold frame). Under UV: heavy varnish fluorescses green. There is finely applied inpainting to the aforementioned frame abrasion and a brushy dot of retouching at lower right.
