Condition

The textured panel is in very good condition with only minor surface soiling. It displays a gently aged painted surface with a uniform low luster sheen. The paint layer is tightly bound with no sign of instability. The corrugated design is legible with deliberate dents and creases, which are a feature of the artist's work and his manipulation of the material. The corners of the panel exhibit minor abrasions. No sign of damage or excessive wear was observed on the surface. The panel is structurally sound. (This condition report has been prepared courtesy of Wilson Conservation, LLC)
