Feeling Material XII (Hanging) is a continuous line that identifies a human space by using a form of trajectory mapping similar to those attempts to describe the various pathways of an electron around a nucleus. It becomes a line that spins a web around the body, orbiting close to the skin and then spiraling out into space, again replacing the image of a palpable body with that of a field effect or an energy zone. It is a mobile model that hangs freely, rotating from a single point as it reacts to wind movement around it.
This work is in very good and stable condition overall. This work has been recently repolished, and there remains some evidence of faint oxidation on certain elements of the steel. There areas joints that have been resoldered. Please note that this work does not include hanging hardware.
