This work is in very good condition overall. There are two linear surface irregularities inherent to the artist's working method and the time of execution, the first located in the upper left red passage approximately 26 in. from the upper arc and 28 in. from the left arc, and the second located in the upper right pale yellow passage approximately 13 in. down from the upper arc and 9 in. from the right arc. There is another smaller curved line located in the vertical center approximately 13 in. down from the very top of the upper arc, also inherent. Visible under close inspection in the orange region in the lower right, there is a faint stable hairline crack. Around the extreme turning edge of the canvas, there are several minor spots where the white ground layer is exposed. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration.
