Galerie Gisela Capitain, Cologne Acquired from the above by the present owner
Lismore Castle Arts, Still Life, April - September 2011
"It’s a perennial, it never goes out of style, every designer makes one. At this point the elasticity of the thing is so great that anything can be called a bomber. That history is just an essence you spray on."
This work is in very good condition overall. The ragged, creased and unevenly cut edges are inherent to the artist's working method. There is evidence of minor yellow discoloration along the left interior raised edge, most noticeable in the corner and possibly inherent. Under raking light and very close inspection, there is also evidence of faint discoloration lower left-hand corner. In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above. Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report.
