This work is painted on a board which is flat and has not warped. The paint layer is very dry and is unvarnished, as is appropriate. Although the work is generally clean, there are slight accumulations of dirt on the heaviest impasto. There is a thin scratch that has been restored on the left edge at the bottom of the white rectangle in the center of the left side. The work is otherwise in beautiful condition, and it should be hung in its current state. (This condition report has been provided courtesy of Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc.)
