Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and lighter in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is framer's tape overlapping the front of the work, which has some tiny spots of wear and fraying. Extremely close inspection reveals some tiny compressed impasto peaks in isolated places throughout and some minute media accretions towards the upper left corner. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
