Condition

Colour: The colour in the catalogue illustration is fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is cooler in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Very close inspection reveals some tiny specks of wear to all four extreme corner tips and some tiny spots of loss in intermittent places to all four extreme edges. Further close inspection reveals some faint rub marks and some tiny media accretions in isolated places throughout. Extremely close inspection reveals extremely faint and fine scratched to the lower right hand corner, two of which have tiny specks of associated loss. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals a small spot towards the lower centre of the composition that fluoresces dark.
