Condition

Colour: The colour in the catalogue illustration is fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly warmer in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Extremely close inspection reveals some very fine tension cracks in intermittent places to the extreme edges of all three canvases. Very close inspection reveals a few very short and fine hairline cracks in isolated places throughout, most notably one to the centre of the right hand canvas. Further very close inspection reveals few tiny specks of loss to some of the impasto peaks. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
