Condition
Colour: The colour in the printed catalogue is fairly accurate. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals some tension cracks with specks of associated loss intermittently along the upper edge and a tiny speck of loss towards the upper centre of the left hand edge. Very close inspection reveals some minute drying cracks to the black pigment in the upper centre of the composition, which has some tiny spots of associated flaking. Close inspection reveals a tiny hole to the paper in the upper centre right of the composition, which is visible in the catalogue illustration. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
